Payment Options

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. Please use our Currency Converter for all international orders.

Paypal
Paypal accepts Visa and Mastercard. It is a Secure, Accurate and Reliable Third Party internet payment service provider. All transactions with Paypal are conducted in 'Secure Sessions' using the financial industry's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which appears as a yellow 'closed lock' icon at the bottom of your screen. All financial details you provide are not disclosed to us. All information is protected under Paypal's Security and Privacy policies.

Direct Debit
You may choose this option at check-out and we will supply you with our bank details. To ensure a speedy delivery of your parcel please arrange for prompt payment into our account after placing your order. Please quote the Order No. as the Reference.

Credit Card by Phone
You have the option to place your order online and contact us on (07) 3367 2077 to give your credit card details over the phone.



Deliveries within Australia

All orders received online will be sent via courier or registered post once payment has been processed. Postage is charged at a flat rate of $12.00 per parcel, this also includes insurance. ALL ORDERS OVER $150 WILL BE SHIPPED FREE OF CHARGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA.

Please allow 3 - 7 working days for your parcel to arrive. Should you require your parcel sooner please contact us for further information.



Deliveries International

All orders will be sent via Australia Post Airmail once processed. Postage is usually charged at a flat rate of $30 per parcel. However should your order exceed 1kg in weight we reserve the right to contact you with an updated price. All duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 10 - 14 working days for your parcel to arrive.



Damaged / Faulty Goods

We pack and check all our parcels with great care before sending but in the unlikely event that an item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact us within 5 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. All items that are defective must be returned to Rellie Bellie Kids with labels attached.



Returns / Exchanges

Rellie Bellie Kids wants you to feel completely satisified when ordering with us. Please contact us within 7 days and we will gladly exchange an item for you if it is the wrong size or not what you expected providing all the tags are still attached and the item is unworn/unused. We exchange goods but do not Refund for incorrect choice, should you not be able to find a replacement we can issue you with a credit note. Please be aware the customer is responsible for postage charges in this circumstance. No Returns or Exchanges on Sale items.

Out of Stock Items

We apologise for any items that may be out of stock. Should the item you order be out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you an alternate product or refund.
